Our Story.

Poundtown Smashburgers is a bicoastal family-run business born out of a shared love of food and tasty burgers.

We’re combining what we have learned and love about West Coast smashburgers with our proud southern roots to create something new for the Atlanta food scene.

The idea for Poundtown SmashBurgers was created after one of our family’s many trips from Atlanta to Los Angeles. Being a bicoastal family requires that you intentionally prioritize quality time.

We are self-proclaimed foodies that were pleasantly surprised at how well Los Angeles has cultivated its own unique style of burgers that are absolutely delicious.

During an entrepreneurial brainstorming session amongst family, we decided it was time for Atlanta to experience this burger phenomenon. We are a small, local and family run business and we are elated to share our approach to LA Style SmashBurgers, with a southern twist.
